She held the new-construction builders accountable for getting everything that needed to be fixed and completed. On top of that, she gave me a beautiful welcome home basket that I wasn’t expecting, and she even went out of her way to help me get to and from my inspection and closing since I hadn’t yet brought my car down from Virginia. That extra effort meant so much to me, and it shows just how much she truly cares about her clients. She also kept me on track with reminders (which I really needed with my busy work schedule!) and made sure I hit all of my deadlines without stress.
